Transforming Printify: From Inefficient Workflows to Scalable Solutions
In 2018, I joined Printify as an Interaction Designer and, over time, expanded my role into Full-Stack Engineering and Product Management. During my tenure, Printify experienced hypergrowth, scaling from 40 to 600 employees and increasing annual recurring revenue from $10M to over $200M.
My core responsibility was to identify bottlenecks in workflows and create tools and automations to support this ambitious growth. One of my most impactful contributions was the design and implementation of a new Product Information Management (PIM) system. This transformation eliminated inefficiencies, accelerated product onboarding by 95%, and enabled Printify to scale its catalog from dozens to over a thousand products.
Stickly: Empowering Personal Vocabulary Growth
The language learning market is flooded with digital solutions tailored for beginners, yet it falls short for advanced learners. When starting a new language, the foundational vocabulary is universally applicable. But as your vocabulary expands, the relevance of words becomes more niche, reflecting personal interests and contexts.

Propertymind: Simplifying Property Management
The property management industry is known for its complexity and resistance to change. With Propertymind, we set out to enhance transparency and streamline interactions through a modern web app. Our mission was to prototype a functional MVP to validate key hypotheses and explore product-market fit.
